AEG wanted to create an appealing, open-plan environment to strengthen collaboration, communication and flexibility.
Project Director, Angi, worked with the Managing Director at the start of their journey to help them find a suitable property for their needs.


Some project highlights…
Space utilisation – AEG wanted the new workspace to encourage productivity and drive employee engagement. As part of the design process, Office Profile populated the space with a variety of areas to allow task-based working, team collaboration and areas for quiet focus.
Informal meeting rooms and breakout areas – The informal meeting rooms allow employees to have conversations and short meetings in a private space.
Breakout areas – The spacious Teapoint and Breakout area provide employees an opportunity relax away from their desk in a ‘daylight-soaked’ environment.
Boardroom – The corporate style Boardroom is the perfect setting for AEG to host their global clients both physically and via web-link.
Collaboration Areas – We placed two areas for collaboration in the open plan workspace. These consisted of a large table with chairs and another, at poseur height, for shorter ‘stand-up’ meetings.
