Big Bus specialises in sightseeing tours on a global scale and needed new offices to match their new corporate re-brand. Big Bus Tours moved from an old building, where the workspace was divided up into separate rooms. A key request for the new space was an open plan layout to increase workflow and communication.

The Brief

Office Profile carried out a Cat B fit-out of the new space for the existing client. This involved 2 floors of refurbishment works in the offices, meeting rooms, kitchenettes and reception area. One major challenge was to reconfigure the air conditioning to suit the new layout.

Fitted storage installation included solid and glazed partitioning with beech doors, 2 teapoint areas and StorageWalls providing a neat storage solution.

What we did

The main boardroom has a large conference table made up of tilt-top tables for easy configuration and cable management. Media and audio visual points in the room were provided to cater for presentations and staff meetings. The bench desking system with cable management, CPU holders, monitor arms and comfortable seating allows for a smooth user experience.

The new attractive and space-efficient environment has enabled the company to grow and expand successfully, resulting in further works to adapt the space around the expanding workforce.
