The Brief

FISITA is an international network for automotive engineers and represents over 200,000 engineers in 37 countries.  The Stansted office is the organisations main office and comprises of two floors.  The ground floor had a welcome area, a kitchen and breakout space, general office space and a meeting room.  The first floor had a small kitchenette, open office space and meeting room.

We supplied a 2 seater sofa and 2 sphere tub chairs with 4 pyramid leg chrome bases in the welcome area.  The chairs were supplied in dark blue to compliment the lighter blue wall paint and dark carpet tiling.  Behind the two-seater sofa is the FISITA logo on clear Perspex.  The small kitchenette features a black gloss kitchenette and light grey floor tiling.  A table and four mesh back chairs with chrome cantilever frames were supplied for staff to relax on during breaks or to eat their lunch at.  A smaller kitchenette was fitted on the first floor with a similar design.

What we did

Separating the main office area and the meeting room is a full height glazed partition with the FISITA logo design on the manifestation.  Both the ground and first floor office have an open plan work area.  White desks with blue screen dividers were supplied along with mesh back task chairs with breathable black mesh backrests.  Cable trays were fitted to the underneath of all desks to ensure that the office appeared tidy and that all wires were neatly contained and not showing.

TThe meeting rooms all have an integrated TV wall with the wires and cables all neatly kept out of sight.  Throughout the office there are ample storage facilities including desk pedestals for staff and also individual locker cubs situated on the first floor.
